Understanding the San Diego Region is a continuing initiative of The San Diego Foundation based on a simple premise: We must understand. Then we can act. The San Diego Foundation strives to acquire and then share a deep and clear understanding of the region's largest issues, then engage the community in collaborative planning and execution that produce solutions.
